Before Primerica, Francisco Dillon never imagined he could make enough money to change his life – much less enough to change the lives of future generations. Today, Francisco is one the company's most successful Hispanic leaders.
"I came to this country from Ecuador with $36 in my pocket. People said I was too short. I didn't speak English. I didn't know how to dress. My belief in myself kept me going," says Francisco, who was a clinical psychologist before starting his business. He says he didn't attain financial security, however, until AFTER joining Primerica.
"Now I am financially independent," he says. "This company has given me an opportunity to change the way my family lives. And here at Primerica there is an opportunity for anyone who wants to be successful."
This visionary leader in Primerica says his team's strength is its diversity. "Our team includes people from all walks of life and a lot of our leaders are Spanish speaking," Francisco says proudly. "There are nearly 40 million Hispanics in this country ... and we need the services that Primerica offers. Who is going to serve these 40 million? We will. Bringing in people who can speak the native language, that is the most trusted and effective way to communicate with our community.
"I believe that Primerica works for families and our team is a wonderful example of that,” Francisco reflects. “We stand as an example that when you make a commitment to helping others, anything is possible in this business." |
